We deliver the Spa to you and set up everything so you can relax and enjoy!
We hire affordable inflatable hot tubs and accessories from a Wednesday to Tuesday hire with a Wednesday morning collection. Free delivery within 20 miles of Post Code: BS35 4PP. Delivery charges for the remaining areas are: 20 to 50 miles = £25 | 50 miles plus = £45
We take a small deposit of £30 refundable up to 2 weeks before hire and pay the rest on delivery in cash or card transaction including a refundable £100 insurance waiver which will be refunded on collection day.
We deliver the hot tub Wednesday pm so this allows enough time to fill and heat the Spa ready. We will drain and collect the tub on the following Wednesday am (our tubs are suitable for indoor and outdoor use on Flat Level ground within 20 meters of an external or internal tap. within 5 meters of an electric socket (extra extension cables available if required. and within 20 meters of a drain.

When do you set up and collect?
As a 6 day hire, we set up on Wednesday Afternoon so you can enjoy through to all of Tuesday. Where we will collect on Wednesday Morning. We will arrange an ETA with you.
How big is the spa?
For the Paris Spa you will need 2.4m x 2.4m for Spa and Mat.
St Tropez will require approx 2.4m x 2.4m also for the Spa, Mat, and Steps.
Power Point for the Spa
You will need a mains plug point within a 5 Meter Range from the Spa. We cannot use an extension lead.
Does the Pump need to keep running all the time?
Yes, the pump must remain on at all times as this maintains the heat of the water and allows the filter to operate correctly.
Does it take long to fill the Spa?
The Spa will usually take about 1-2 hours to will to the recommended level. We will be present to make sure everything is correct.
How long does it take to heat up the Spa?
24 Hours – We recommend heating the Spa 24 Hours before use for the perfect optimum temperature.
Important Information
Please leave your Spa plugged in and turned on the whole time you have it on hire from us. Make sure the heat, filter are on at all times or it will lose heat.
You do not need to top up chlorine as we will provide you a fitted chemical filter to use.
You will be given full instructions on how to safely use the hot tub during setup and given an out-of-hours contact number should you have any issues or questions.
Damage Deposit Wavier
A £100 deposit is taken for every hire and will be refunded on the day of collection if there is no damage.
